It also publishes estimates of Prolific's active participant pool sampled hourly. Reviews are personal reports, not verified facts or official Prolific ratings.

Privacy is the foundation
Your financial data isn't our business.
You shouldn't have to send your survey history or bank balance to another company just to understand what you've earned.
No fees, accounts or subscriptions
Every feature is free. We never ask for your Prolific password, bank login or an account.
Local-only personal records
Study CSVs are read in your browser. The tracker saves your name, earnings and bills in your browser's local storage, not a Design Oasis Co database.
No database of your earnings
There is no financial-records database or personal-account syncing. Your CSV and financial information stay in your browser; hosting still involves normal technical requests.
Backups remain your responsibility
Clearing browser data, changing devices or using private browsing can erase locally saved records. Export your JSON backup regularly and store it securely.

Answers before you begin.
Is this completely free?
Yes. All tracking and budgeting features are free with no subscriptions, paid tiers or login. If you want, you can leave an optional tip through Ko-fi. All features remain available whether you contribute or not.
Do you collect or store my financial information?
We do not collect your CSV records, study earnings, bills or bank balance on a server. Your entries are processed and stored in your own browser’s local storage. Regular website hosting involves technical requests.
Can I import a fresh CSV without duplicates?
Yes. Matching submissions are updated rather than added again. Always review the import summary in case entries cannot be matched confidently.
Do you track pending studies?
Yes. Pending rewards are separate from confirmed payments and are not treated as money in your bank account.
Can I track GBP and USD?
Yes, separately or together as an estimated USD total using an adjustable exchange rate.
Will I lose data if I clear my browser?
Possibly. Browser data clearing, device changes and storage eviction can remove saved entries. Export JSON backups regularly.
